Proven Investments Limited 8% – Resolution of Directors
Proven Investments Limited (PROVEN 8) has advised that that the 8% Redeemable Preference Shares will mature on December 23, 2016. The shares will be redeemed on December 23, 2016 at a price of J$5.00 per unit. The shares are to de-listed on maturity.
The Board of Directors at a meeting held on November 4, 2016, passed the following resolution:
“BE IT RESOLVED that the Directors hereby approve the redemption and de-listing from the Jamaica Stock Exchange of 200,000,000 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Stock Units in the Company on the maturity date of December 23, 2016.”
PROVEN has requested that the Jamaica Stock Exchange suspends trading of the PROVEN8 shares on December 20, 2016, to allow for the share register to be prepared.
