Please follow the following protocols below to lodge your complaints:
- All complaints against a Listed Company or a Member Dealer (Brokerage House) should be addressed to the Regulatory Market and Oversight Department (RMOD).
- Complaints about the JSE should be addressed to the Managing Director.
- Complaints against the JCSD & JCSD Trustee Services should be addressed to the General Manager.
- Product or service-related complaints should be addressed to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Complaints related to IT should be addressed to the IT Department.
