Wisynco Group Limited (“WISYNCO”) wishes to advise of the following:-

1. On February 19, 2024, One Million Nine Hundred and Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Stock Units were purchased by eligible employees of the Company, including a director and member of the executive management team, under the Wisynco Long Term Incentive Plan.
2. On February 20, 2024, a connected party of the company sold Two Million, Two Hundred and Sixty-Eight Thousand and Twenty-Nine stock units.
3. On February 23, 2024, a director of the company sold Four Hundred and Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-Three stock units.
