Wigton Windfarm Limited has advised that at a meeting of its Board of Directors on Monday, December 13, 2021, the Board considered and approved the payment of a Special Dividend of J$0.0182 per ordinary share to shareholders on record as at Wednesday, December 29, 2021.  The ex-dividend date is Tuesday, December 28, 2021, and the payment date for the dividend is Monday, January 17, 2022.
