Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) has advised that its audited accounts for the year ended December 31, 2020, will not be released on the due date of March 1, 2021.
VMIL states that the Company anticipates filing the accounts on or before March 12, 2021, and that a notice will be published in the daily newspaper accordingly.
“The delay in filing the accounts resulted from the impact of COVID_19 on the resources, and also t ensure that all disclosure standards required pursuant to International Financial Reporting Standards are complied with in order to provide full and adequate information on the impact of COVID-19 during the financial year ended December 31, 2020,” VMIL stated.
