Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL) – Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of eight cents per ordinary stock unit subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on April 11, 2001. This final dividend is to be paid on May 25, 2001 to shareholders on record as at May 11, 2001.
