TCL has advised that Mr. Michael Glenn Hamel-Smith and Mr. Carlos Alberto Palero tendered their resignation from the Board of Trinidad Cement Limited effective as of the date and time on which the next Shareholders’ meeting of the Company is held on July 20, 2015.
