Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) – Change of Director

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has advised that Mr. Mario Emilio Sáenz Arronie has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors effective May 20, 2016. The directors at a meeting held on May 20, 2016 appointed the Group CEO, Mr. Jose Luis Seijo Gonzales as a director with immediate effect, to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation. The Board also agreed to appoint Mr. Seijo Gonzalez as Managing Director of the company until April 30, 2018.
