Trinidad Cement Co. Ltd. (TCL) – Final Dividend

The Board of Director has recommended a final dividend of six cents (TT) per ordinary stock unit, subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting to be held on May 26, 2000. The final dividend will be paid on June 16,2000 to shareholders on register at the close of business on May 25, 2000. This, together with the interim dividend of six cents paid in September 1999, will result in a total dividend of twelve cents per ordinary stock unit for 1999.
