RESOLVED that this Board HEREBY APPROVES a Class F Preference Share dividend payment of Five Hundred and Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred and Eight United States Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents (US$581,608.84) or 0.236849315068493 United States Cents per share/stock on the Class F Preference Shares of the Company payable on February 23, 2024 to share/stockholders on record at close of business on the 7th day of February 2024. This amount will be distributed out of retained earnings.
