At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on March 20, 2002, the Directors recommended that a final dividend for the year 2001 be paid in the amount of 10 cents per share.
The payment date will be July 9, 2002 and record date will be June 25, 2002. The annual general meeting will approve the dividend.
