TOJ – Interim Dividend

The annual general meeting agreed that upon the recommendation of the Directors, a final dividend of five cents per stock unit in respect of the year ended March 31, 1997, be declared payable on January 16, 1998 to stockholders on record as at December 18, 1997 and for a one for one bonus issue to shareholders on record as at December 12, 1997.
