The Limners and Bards Limited (“LAB”) announces the resignation of Mr. Douglas Lindo, Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee effective January 31, 2023. Mr. Lindo’s resignation is in no way related to any disagreement with the Company’s accounting policies.
Mr. Lindo’s longstanding association with The Lab and his stewardship and contribution to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee has been solid and exemplary. We wish to thank him for his important contribution to our success to date and wish for him continued prosperity in all of his future endeavours.
