Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL)- Dividend Payment for May 25, 2007

TCL Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of six (6) six cents per ordinary share to be paid on May 25, 2007 to its shareholders on record at the close of business on May 11, 2007. The register of members will be closed from May 11, 2007 to May 15, 2007. TCL will advise the Stock Exchange accordingly.
