Trinidad Cement Limited has requested an extension on the 60 day time limit required by the JSE’s Rule 407 for the submission of the financial statements for Trinidad Cement Limited and Caribbean Cement Company Limited for the year ended December 31, 2012. The request for the extension is until April 15, 2013.
