The finalization, submission and publication of Trinidad Cement Limited`s (TCL) 2010 financial results is being deferred beyond April 30, 2011 in keeping with the Company`s desire to provide its external auditors with maximum possible assurance in relation to the TCL Group`s debt restructuring exercise.
The Company now expects to publish its 2010 and first quarter 2011 statements before May 31, 2011. Submission of the financial statements of Caribbean Cement Company Limited, a TCL Group subsidiary, is also being deferred.
