TCL Jamaica Debt Exchange Programme

Trinidad Cement Limited has advised that there is no direct impact on the company or any subsidiary since no GOJ debt instruments are held.  There may be an impact on CCCL’s pension fund which is a defined contribution plan, but again there is no impact on CCCL.
