Trinidad Cement Limited has requested a two week extension on the deadline for submission of the financial statements for three months ending Mach 31st 2012 for Trinidad Cement Limited and Caribbean Cement Company Limited. The extension is required to address certain accounting issues consequent upon the conclusion of the TCL Group’s debt restricting.
