Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL) – Board Movement

Mr. David Dulal-Whiteway has stepped down from the Board of Directors of Trinidad Cement Ltd., the parent company of the TCL Group, having indicated that, in his new position of Managing Director at Republic Bank Ltd. he would be unable to devote the level of attention, which is commensurate with chairmanship of the Group. As a consequence Mr. Andy Bhajan, former Chairman, was invited to rejoin the TCL Board and has been elected as the new Group Chairman. These changes took effect from October 1, 2005.
