TCL Annual Meeting & Record Dates

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has advised that its Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2009. The directors of the company has fixed April 14, 2009 as the record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting. TCL has also advised that the board has taken the decision not to declare a final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2008.
