Sygnus Real Estate Finance Limited (“SRF”) has advised that the Annual Report for the year ended August 31, 2022, will be submitted after the due date of February 12, 2023.
SRF is working diligently to finalize the Annual Report and intends to submit the report to the JSE on or before March 15, 2023.
The delay in the filing of the Annual Report is due to internal systems constraints.
