The Board of Directors of Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that the company has signed a Letter of Intent with the principals of Post to Post Holdings Limited (the operators of the sports gaming business known as “Any Bet”), for the acquisition of majority shareholding in the latter company.
SVL also advised that the parties intend to finalize and execute a final agreement within the next month.
