Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that further to their advisory on December 20, 2019 to the Jamaica Stock Exchange, concerning the agreement that had been reached with Champion Gaming Limited for the acquisition of the Company’s assets through SVL’s wholly owned subsidiary, Bingo Investments Limited (Bingo); their Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the acquisition has been completed.
SVL further advised of the following appointments to the Board of Bingo:
- Mr. Damian Chin-You, Director of SVL who will serve as Chairman of the Board of Bingo;
- Mrs. Ann-Dawn Young Sang, President & CEO of SVL;
- Mr. Xesus Johnston, Co-CEO of Prime Sports (Jamaica) Limited (a wholly owned-subsidiary of SVL); and
- Mr. Christian Tavares-Finson
SVL also advised that Mr. Ian Levy, SVL’s Deputy Chairman will serve as Bingo’s Deputy Chairman.
