Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that the Board of Directors at a meeting convened on Friday, May 6, 2016 unanimously passed the following resolutions:
- “Be it resolved that Director Barrington Chisholm, having completed his tenure as an Independent Director, continue to perform Director’s duties until such time as a suitable replacement is identified.”
- “Be it resolved that as at May 6, 2016, the Supreme Ventures Limited Board Charter be amended to state that the Retirement Age for Directors will be increased to Seventy-Three (73) years from Seventy (70) years.”
