Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that its accounting year end will change from October 31 to December 31 starting with the year ending December 31, 2009. SVL intends to effect this change as at September 30, 2009. The undernoted items represent SVL`s reporting periods to December 31, 2009:
-The third quarter ended July 31, 2009 will be published by September 15, 2009
-Restated quarter ending September 30, 2009 (after the change in the financial year end) will be published by November 15, 2009
-Fourteen (14) month period to December 31, 2009 will be published on or before March 1, 2010. SVL has elected to publish its audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2009 within sixty days of the company`s year end.
