Supreme Ventures Limited has advised that at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on September 2, 2013 the Directors deliberated on the matter relating to the casual vacancy in the officer of Auditor, created by the termination of operations in Jamaica by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. The Board has considered its options in this regard in keeping with Section 154(10) of the Companies Act, 2004 and a final decision will be communicated, on or before Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
