SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised that their Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, that should have been submitted on March 1, 2019 will be delayed. SSLVC states that it is anticipated that the report will be submitted on or before April 1, 2019.
SSLVC further advised that a notice will be placed in either Monday, March 4 or Tuesday, March 5, 2019 Observer.
SSLVC has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
