SSL Venture Capital Jamaica Limited (SSLVC) has advised that the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended December 31, 2018 has been further delayed due to the complexity of the equity accounting of its states in recently acquired businesses and individual audits required for each portfolio company.
SSLVC further advised that it is anticipated that the report will be submitted on or before May 29, 2019.
