Spur Tree Spices Jamaica Limited (Spur Tree Spices) hereby advise that the Consolidated Audited Financial Statements, of the company, for the year ended December 31, 2022, will not be published on the due date, March 31, 2023, as more time was requested by the company’s Auditors, BDO, to complete the audit review process.
Spur Tree Spices apologizes for the delay and any inconvenience caused and will make every effort to have the Audit published on or before May 15, 2023.
