Spur Tree Spices Jamaica Limited (Spur Tree Spices) wishes to advise that the publication of its Consolidated Audited Financial Statements, for the year ended December 31, 2022, and its First Quarter Consolidated Unaudited Financial Statements, for three months ended March 31, 2023, will be delayed, as the Auditors, BDO, have requested additional time to complete the audit review process.
Spur Tree Spices sincerely apologize for the delay and regrets any inconvenience caused to the shareholders. It is anticipated that the Reports will become available for publication on, or before May 22, 2023.
