Scotia Group Jamaica (SGJ)- Declares Dividend

Scotia Group Jamaica Limited has submitted its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended April 30, 2008. The Board of Directors passed the following resolution: “that an interim dividend of 32 cents be paid on each stock unit of the paid up capital stock of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited to stockholders on record as at the close of business on June 12, 2008 and that the same be payable on July 3, 2008.” The x-date is June 10, 2008.
