Seprod Limited has advised that Mr. Sushil K. Jain, Group Treasurer and Corporate Secretary, will retire on 31st December, 2007. Effective 1st January, 2008, Mr. Carl Domville, FCCA will take charge of the Treasury functions and Mrs. Marilyn Golding-Anderson, MBA will take over as the Corporate Secretary.
