(1) Caribbean Products Co. Ltd. a fully owned subsidiary of Seprod Ltd. has by ordinary resolution of the company dated November 13, 2000, increased its share capital by $16 million to $148.1 million by the addition of 8 million shares of two dollars each.Bonus shares amounting to 8.2 million will be issued in proportion of one share for every eight held as on November 30, 2000.
(2) Jamaica Grain & Cereals Ltd. a fully owned subsidiary of Seprod Ltd. has by ordinary resolution of the company dated November 13, 2000, increased its share capital by $12.2 million to $73.9 million by the addition of 6.1 million shares of two dollars each. Bonus shares amounting to 6.1 million will be issued in proportion of one share for every five held as on November 30, 2000.
