Industrial Sales Ltd., fully owned subsidiary of Seprod Ltd. has by ordinary resolution of the company dated November 14, 2001, increased its share capital by $9.6 million to $29.1 million by the addition of 4.8 million shares of two dollars each.
Bonus shares amounting to 9.6 million will be issued in proportion of share for every two held on November 30, 2001.
Jamaica Grain & Cereals Ltd. a fully owned subsidiary of Seprod Ltd. has by ordinary resolution of the company dated Nov. 14, increased its share capital by $7.3 million to $81.2 million by the addition of 3.6 million shares of two dollars each. Bonus shares amounting to 7.3 million dollars will be issued in proportion of one share for every ten held as on November 30, 2001.
