Seprod Limited (SEP) – Requests Extension to file 2019 Audited Financial Statements

Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that due to significant disruption to  business operations caused by Covid19, Coronavirus pandemic, the Company will not be able to meet the deadline to file its 2019 Audited Financial Statements and has requested the extension afforded by the Jamaica Stock Exchange to submit its Audited Financial Statements by April 15, 2020.
