Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Seprod Limited, held on July 26, 2021, the following resolution was passed:
“THAT a dividend of fifty cents ($0.50) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at August 12, 2021 AND THAT the payment date of the dividend be August 20, 2021”. The ex-dividend date is August 11, 2021.
