Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a meeting of their Board of Directors on December 16, 2019, the following resolution was passed:
“THAT a dividend of fifty cents ($0.50) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at January 3, 2020 AND THAT the payment date of the dividend be January 31, 2020”.
The ex-dividend date is January 2, 2019.
