Seprod Limited (SEP) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 7, 2016, the following resolution was passed:
“THAT a dividend of Two Dollars and Sixty Three Cents ($2.63) per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at November 18, 2016 AND THAT the payment date of the dividend be November 28, 2016”.
The ex-dividend date is November 16, 2016.
