The Company announces that due to further delays in the finalization of the accounts of the associated companies, the audited results for the year ending 31 December 2005 have not yet been finalized.
The 1st quarter unaudited and the audited for the year ending December 31, 2005 will be submitted hopefully by June 16, 2006.
