Seprod Limited (SEP) – Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Seprod on May 6, the following resolution was passed:

That a dividend of twenty-five cents per share be paid to all shareholders on record as at May 24, 2002 and that the payment date of the dividend be June 17th 2002.
