Seprod Ltd. (SEP) – Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors at its meeting on October 2, 2000 recommended the following resolution for adoption by the shareholders:- an increase in share capital from $200 million to $300 million by the creation of 100 million additional ordinary shares and a one for two bonus. The record date is November 24, 2000 and the x-bonus date is November 20, 2000.
