Scotia DBG Investments Limited (SDBG) has submitted its audited financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2009. SDBG has also advised that the sale of 321,074 SDBG units were executed during the period December 7 to December 31, 2009, by directors and senior management and their connected parties.
