Scotia Group Jamaica Limited (SGJ) has advised of the following Management & Director Changes:-
Management Changes:
Mrs. Audrey Tugwell Henry will take over from Mr. David Noel our current President & CEO, Scotia Group Jamaica Limited, effective January 1, 2021.
Appointment & Retirement of Board of Directors:
Ms. Anya Schnoor has been appointed to the Board of Directors, Scotia Group Jamaica Limited and The Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Limited, effective November 1, 2020.
Ms. Schnoor, will replace Mr. Brendan King, Deputy Chairman & Director, who retires from the Boards with effect from October 31, 2020.
