Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has advised that, further to its disclosure in July 2012, it has acquired the assets of Roberts Products Company Limited including freehold property and trademarks among other assets through a new subsidiary company, `Mountain Peak Food Processors Limited`. The company will specialise in the manufacturing of food products.
