Salada Foods Jamaica Limited (SALF) has advised that Mr. Aubyn Hill has resigned as a Director of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect on September 14, 2020.
“The Board wish to thank Mr. Hill for his years of service to the Company and wish him every success in his recent appointment as a member in the Cabinet of the Government of Jamaica,” stated SALF.
“In light of Mr. Hill’s resignation the Board has appointed Mrs. Kathryn Lewis-Green as the Chairperson for the Audit Committee with effect September 14, 2020. To hold this position, Mrs. Lewis-Green has resigned as Chairperson of the Corporate Governance Committee with effect on September 14, 2020. The Board has also appointed Mr. Patrick Williams as the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee with effect on September 14, 2020,” SALF further advised.
