Salada advises that its Annual Report for the year ending September 30, 2023, which is due for submission to the JSE on Sunday January 28, 2024, will be delayed. Salada intends to submit its Annual Report to the JSE on or before Thursday February 29, 2024, and apologizes for any inconvenience this delay may cause to its shareholders.
Salada further advises that it will soon be announcing the date for its 59th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
