Dr. David Panton was appointed to the Board at a Directors’ meeting on September 18, 2002.
The annual general meeting resolved that there be a rights issue in the ratio of three ordinary shares for every eight ordinary shares of fifty cents each. The record date is October 10, 2002 and the XB date is October 8, 2002.
