Sagicor Select Funds Limited (SELECT) – Declaration Of Interim Dividend

Please be advised that the Board of Directors of Sagicor Select Funds Limited at its meeting held on November 13, 2023, approved a resolution as follows:
(i) to declare an interim dividend of $0.01 per stock unit payable on December 14, 2023, to stockholders of the Financial Select Fund on record at the close of business on November 27, 2023; and
(ii) to declare an interim dividend of $0.0319 per stock unit payable on December 14, 2023, to stockholders of the Manufacturing and Distribution Select Fund on record at the close of business on November 27, 2023.
