Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited(XFUND) has advised that consequent on Mr. Christopher Zacca’s resignation as Board Chairman, the Board has appointed Mr. Vinay Walia as Board Chairman with effect from August 1, 2022. Mr. Zacca will however continue to serve as a member of the
Board.
The Board has also approved the appointment of Mr. Carlton Barclay as a Director of the Company effective August 1, 2022.
