Sagicor Real Estate X Fund Limited (XFUND) has advised that the Company will not be in a position to file its Audited Financial Statements and Annual Report as required by April 29, 2021 and April 30, 2021, respectively.
XFUND further advised that the extension is being sought due to the effect of the pandemic on its ability to physically co-ordinate the various moving parts required for the production of their Annual Report.
XFUND anticipates publishing its Annual Report on or before June 30, 2021.
